“Now we're going to sew the neckline and prep it for the elastic which will be inserted through the channel that we're about to create in a moment. We're basically going to create a casing for the elastic. That means that we're going to hem the neckline as you would sew a normal hem basically, just stitching nice and close to the pressed fold that we prepped earlier.
